We had an excellent sty at Zoltan’s apartment. It is brand new, very well equipped, with furniture well styled. It even contains three very informative books about Timisoara. The apartment is at walking distance to the centre (max 10 minutes) and has a top Italian restaurant at five minutes walk. The apartment is the perfect place to stay, with all the required luxuries (including a parking lot), if you want to to visit the beautiful and interesting town. Zoltan proved to be an excellent host.
This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It was exceptionally clean, had everything I needed, featured a beautiful interior design, and was located in new building. The location was also excellent, you can easily walk everywhere. Highly recommended!
Wij reizen veel en hebben ervaring met accomodaties. Al reizend door Hongarije, Servië en Roemenie, was dit appartement het beste. Zo smaakvol, ruim, schoon. En wat een uitstekend en groot tweepersoonsbed. Alles was aanwezig. Niets dan lof. Ook voor de aardige, behulpzame eigenaar. De parkeerplaats was natuurlijk ook super en ook de locatie: dat je al lopend zo in het prachtige hart van Timisoara was.

We had a wonderful stay at Zoltán’s apartment. The place looks exactly like in the photos, it is very clean and well maintained. Communication with Zoltan was spotless throughout - quick, clear and very helpful. The location is also great, just a 10–15 minute walk from Piața Unirii, which made getting around really easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Neverovatno dobar apartman! Lokacija odlična, do svih znamenitosti se stiže laganom šetnjom. Parking je obezbeđen što je velika prednost u odnosu na ostale. Potpuno opremljen, bukvalno na svaku sitnicu su mislili. Čistoća je na zaista zavidnom nivou. Dogovor sa vlasnikom Zoltanom brz i lak. Apartman zaista za svaku preporuku! Dali bi i veću ocenu od 10 da postoji opcija :)
The location is excellent, within walking distance of the city center and a shopping mall, and right next to the Botanical Park. There is also a reserved outdoor parking spot, which is very convenient. The building is brand new, and the apartment has everything you need. It is beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. There were plenty of towels, and the kitchen was very well equipped with enough dishes and utensils. We would definitely come back again.
The apartment is very cozy and well-equipped, with everything a family might need, and it is located in a peaceful area even though the mall and the city center are just a 5-minute walk away. We also appreciated the parking spot, which meant we didn’t have to worry about leaving the car outside. The host was very open, friendly, and helpful. Lokacija je odlična a ne brinete o parkingu. Veoma blizu je i centar grada i tržni centar, sve smo obilazili peške. Izuzetno cist i prijatan apartman, nikada nisam boravila u bolje opremljenom apartmanu. Zoltan je izuzetno ljubazan i prijatan. Ključevi za chack in se nalaze u lock box tako da nije bilo stresa da li ćemo doputovati u dogovoreno vreme, što izuzetno cenim. Zaista sve preporuke!
Everything was as advertised. There were no false expectations. Also the host is very friendly. The property is new, clean and well stocked. We were not missing anything. We had complimentary coffee and tea, which is a nice touch. Collection of the property keys was easy. There is a lock box at the front door of the building. I received the code for it after checking in on the day prior to our arrival.
Zoltán's apartment is in a beautiful new residential complex very close to Timișoara's old center, the Botanical Park and Iulius mall. The parking space is great since parking spaces on the street in that area are very few. The apartment is very well furnished with a modern design, and well equipped. Zoltán is very friendly and helpful and answered my questions very fast. The view from the apartment is not so great yet, but we knew exactly where we were going, and it wasn't a draw back for us... I'd certainly choose it again for the good location, the parking space and the beautiful building it's situated in.

It’s clear that a lot of attention has been paid to every detail, from the quality of the furnishings to the overall cleanliness and organization of the space. The location is another big advantage. It’s only a 10-minute walk to Iulius Mall Timisoara, which you can even see from the apartment window. At the same time, the Old Town is also within easy walking distance, making it perfect for exploring the city without needing a car. Zoltan, the owner, was extremely responsive and genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable and high-quality as possible. Communication was smooth and fast, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our visit. We 100% recommend this place and will definitely return at the first opportunity!

A very nice, well-maintained and new apartment. Great location - within a few or a dozen minutes' walk are the main squares of Timisoara, shops and restaurants. Checking in and parking the car were completely hassle-free. I recommend it!

Beautiful, modern, and minimalist apartment with lovely details. The place was super clean and very spacious, even though there were four of us staying for two nights. The location is very convenient — we were able to visit all the main city attractions on foot. There is also free gated parking right in front of the building, which was very helpful (we didn’t even need to use the car during our stay). Zoltan was a great host — very kind, responsive, and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We would definitely recommend it and would happily come back again. Zoltán's place is beautiful, with everything fine-tuned down to the last detail. The apartment was perfectly clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. An apartment in a quiet neighborhood, really close to the city center. Just a few minutes' walk and you can admire the sights of Temesvár or enjoy a delicious meal in one of the local restaurants. A reserved parking space is also a big plus. For me, this apartment gets a full star rating. There's really nothing I'd say. On the contrary, I can only praise it👍🙂

The apartment has modern, high-quality renovations and is very clean and cozy. The furniture is comfortable and made of good materials; everything is thought out for a comfortable stay. It's especially nice that the apartment has a coffee machine — it's a great extra bonus for guests. I would like to separately mention the owner of the apartment. A very friendly, attentive, and decent person. After our departure, he even helped us and sent us a forgotten item, for which we are very grateful. We highly recommend this apartment! Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The location is excellent, just a short walking distance to the main city square and Iulius Mall, which made exploring the city very easy and convenient. The apartment was perfectly clean, which was especially important to us since we were traveling with our almost 3-year-old daughter. We truly appreciated the high standards of cleanliness. The private parking was safe and very convenient. Zoltan was an outstanding host, responsive, kind, and professional throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again!

Yes. We can issue an invoice for your stay. Add the billing details when we contact you after booking, and tell us if the invoice is for a company.

Yes. Each apartment includes one reserved parking space in the secure, monitored building car park at no extra cost.
How do check-in and checkout work?
Check-in is from 15:00 and checkout is by 11:00. Self check-in is available through a lockbox. We share the exact apartment, parking space, and access instructions after your reservation is confirmed and guest registration is complete.
Why do I need to complete guest registration?
Romanian accommodation rules require a guest registration form. After payment, we will ask for the legally required details before sending private access instructions.
